My job is changing, and there's a lot of POVs around how that might look like, but I don't think anything beats direct experience.

So I am hands-on trying everything, with a cautiously optimistic mindset around how it changes the role of a Product Manager (if that's even what we'll end up being called)

I love software, I'm not going to ever stop being in it so I need to adapt.

Outside of that:

• Consciously continue to read long form content
• Get my squat and deadlift back to 2024 times, without injuring myself
